XINYUAN WEI (DOCTOR)

received the B.S. degree in communication engineering from the Southern University of Science and Technology, China, in 2022, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree. His research interests include integrated sensing and communication (ISAC), millimeter-wave sensing, delay-Doppler domain signal processing, channel map construction. He has published and presented his work in venues such as IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing (TMC), IEEE WCNC 2023, and IEEE Globecom 2023. He is a two-time recipient of the Outstanding Graduate Student Award of SUSTech (2023 and 2025), and the winner of the National Second Prize in the 2025 CUADC UAV Precision Strike Competition.
